Amy Figel, LCPC, NCC.

Amy Figel, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor, received her Master’s degree in School Counseling from St. Xavier University and gained her clinical expertise at Governor’s State University. Amy has over 15 years experience helping people with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, and personal trauma. Amy is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence based therapy proven to help people heal from trauma. Amy has Advanced Certifications for the Treatment of Grief, Polyvagal Informed Treatment, and Internal Family Systems. Amy believes that the healing process opens you to new insights that allow for growth, creating a renewed sense of self.
